Uncoiling Unit

1. Several coils can be pre-placed on the loading station to improve working efficiency.
2. The uncoiling unit features a hydraulic collapsible drum, protecting the sublayer of the material. It supports tensile uncoiling or manual material unloading, preventing material deflection and scraping.
3. Available in both single-head and double-head configurations.

        Slitting Unit

1. The slitting head arbors are fixed in eccentric sleeves, maintaining a constant slitting angle even after blade polishing.
2. Equipped with two slitter heads for simultaneous slitting and blade changing, significantly reducing production downtime.
3. Hydraulic locknuts enhance blade positioning precision.

       Tension Unit

1. Features two pre-separation devices and a disengaging shaft for quicker switching of separating plates.
2. Includes a friction-type tensile working table, with adjustable tensile provided by hydraulic or pneumatic power.
3. Optionally equipped with a roller-type tightening machine to protect coated surfaces.

         Recoiling Unit

1. Can be fitted with a seamless hydraulic expansion coiler to protect the sublayer of the material.
2. Material clamping device with stress-reducing characteristics, maintaining drum roundness for different thicknesses.
3. Ensures firm, dense, and neat coiling.
